When: Thursday, November 6, 2025
Time: Doors open at 5:45 pm, Workshop begins at 6 pm-8pm.
Location: Ape Made It Boutique: 715 Fairfield Ave. Bellevue, KY 41073
Parking: There is free street parking. Enter the venue through the back side. Parking on Fairfield or O’Fallon will give you plenty of options.

Earring Making:
All tools and materials will be supplied to each guest to ensure you walk away with a beautiful pair of your own handmade earrings!
What to expect: Each workshop will focus on a polymer clay technique. Therefore, you have the ability to select your own colors and design shapes that appeal to you and fit your style. We want to see how you take the technique being taught and let your creativity show! That’s the fun of it!
At least one pair of your own handcrafted clay earrings (sometimes slabs ends up bigger so you may walk away with two pairs)
Food: This event will be catered by Bailey Family Catering. You will be served:
Charcuterie Board with Imported and Domestic Cheeses, Meats, Fruit, Nuts, Olives and Assorted Crackers and Chocolates
Hummus with Pita and Vegetables
A Vegan Mediterranean Quinoa Salad with Spring Mix and Balsamic Vinaigrette and Reduction
Beverages: Red and White Wines, Champagne, Sparkling Water, Soft Drinks, and Water will be provided

Workshop Cancellation & Transfer Policy
We understand that life happens! Because our workshops require advance preparation, including purchasing materials and securing instructors, we have the following policy for cancellations. By booking a workshop, you agree to the terms below.
📅 Cancellation by Participant
All cancellation requests must be sent via email to bridgeforlearninggroup@gmail.com. The date we receive your email will determine the notice period and applicable refund/credit.
Notice Period Before Workshop Start:
7 Days or More: Full Workshop Credit toward a future workshop or a Full Refund (minus a 15% for materials fees, We make these kits a week in advance!)
3 to 6 Days: Full Workshop Credit toward a future workshop. No refunds will be issued.
Less than 48 Hours: No credit or refund will be issued.
No-Show: (Failing to attend without notice) No credit or refund will be issued.
👥 Transfers & Substitutions
We are happy for you to transfer your spot to a friend or family member if you cannot attend.
Substitution: You may transfer your registration to another person at any time, even last minute. Please notify us immediately by emailing bridgeforlearninggroup@gmail.com with the substitute's full name and contact information.
🚫 Cancellation by Bridge For Learning Group LLC
We reserve the right to cancel a workshop due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather).
Notification: If we must cancel, we will notify all registered participants via email and/or phone at least 2 days before the scheduled start time.
Resolution: You will be offered the choice of a Full Refund or a Full Workshop Credit to be applied to a future date or a different workshop.
Travel Costs: We cannot be responsible for any non-refundable travel arrangements or other costs incurred by the participant.
